These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the Gorilla Coffee. (“Provider”) website located at the domain name www.gorillascoffee.com (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The Website www.gorillascoffee.com sells coffee online. The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information, postal address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.
The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
Returns / Refund Policy
Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by the Provider or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, the Provider will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within five days of receipt. In such an instance, the Provider will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, the Provider will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products.
The User will be liable and charged for all order errors as a result of the User incorrectly specifying requirements, omitting details, supplying incorrect details or selecting an incorrect option if the Provider incurs any expense as a result..

Payment Options
Our store’s payment system is hosted by Direct Pay Online. They provide us with the online payment system that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Direct Pay Online’s data storage, databases and the general Direct Pay Online application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Gorillas Coffee does not have access to this information in any way.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Direct payment stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
