- Is committed to constantly support processing & production of high quality roasted coffee beans and ground coffee under brand of “GORILLA’S COFFEE” that meet and exceed customer’s expectation, which satisfy local and export markets.

- Shall consistently maintain high standards of competency and professionalism of its staff and suppliers involved in Gorilla’s coffee processing operations.
- Izakomeza kubaka ubushobozi n’ubunyamwuga bw’abakozi, abatugemurira ikawa n’ibindi bikoresho by’ibanze ndetse n’abandi bafatanyabikorwa bari mu bikorwa bijyanye no gutunganya ikawa ikaranze.
- Is committed to continual improvement of its Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and shall establish, review and regularly update its food safety policy and set objectives in line with ISO 22000:2018.
- Yiyemeje gukomeza kunoza ishyirwa mubikorwa ry’ibisabwa na ISO 22000:2018, hasuzumwa mu buryo buhoraho imigabo n’imigambi ishingiye kuri ISO 22000:2018.
- Is committed to apply, maintain, avail and communicate to all RFCC’s staff, suppliers and stakeholders, as appropriate.
- Gushyira mu bikorwa no kumenyesha abakozi ba RFCC Ltd, abatugemurira ikawa n’ibindi bikoresho by’ibanze ndetse n’abandi bafatanyabikorwa mu buryo buhoraho mubijyanye n’amabwiriza ya ISO 22000:2018
- Is determined to comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, mutually agreed customer requirements with regard to food safety.
